Nasal Polyps
Nasal Polyps are non-cancerous growths that develop in the lining of the nose or sinuses. They can obstruct the nasal passages and sinuses, leading to symptoms similar to chronic sinusitis such as nasal congestion, facial pressure, and reduced sense of smell. They are typically shaped like teardrops or grapes and are usually benign. Their exact cause is not understood but they are often associated with chronic inflammation of the nasal lining and sinuses.
